IT Hardware Technician

About the role

The IT Hardware Technician will support the hardware infrastructure of a leading hypermarket chain in Oman. This full‑time permanent position offers the chance to develop a long‑term career within the retail sector while handling a variety of hardware‑related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware failures and performance issues.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware assets.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure seamless operation of all hardware components.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant IT hardware experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Muscat, Oman.
