Junior Facility Engineer

About the role

The Junior Facility Engineer is responsible for preparing all sketches, drawings and models to support new‑build, refurbishment and modification proposals for the Business Development team and MAF Retail operational requirements. The role includes assisting in preparing and updating technical drawings, layouts and documentation using AutoCAD.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating technical drawings, layouts, and documentation using AutoCAD.
• Support facility maintenance projects, agreements and site‑related engineering activities.
• Conduct site visits to collect measurements, technical data and facility information.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate engineering records, drawings and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, engineering or technical drawing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings and building layouts.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
