Lead Product Manager – SaaS Work Management Platform

About the role

Our client, an Oman‑based technology company, is building a cloud‑native work‑management SaaS platform. They are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own product design, discovery and delivery, shaping a highly configurable, low‑code solution used by organisations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product design from concept through release and continuous improvement.
• Lead product discovery, translating user needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design flexible models for structuring work, data, automation, permissions and collaboration.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, balancing usability, scalability and delivery speed.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to support agile development and frequent releases.
• Conduct product testing, including hands‑on user acceptance testing and feedback‑driven refinement.
• Ensure the product is intuitive, coherent and effective in real operational environments.
• Support early go‑to‑market activities such as onboarding flows, documentation and product positioning.
• Act as the internal authority on product behaviour, edge cases and configuration patterns.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on a SaaS platform.
• Hands‑on experience with low‑code, no‑code, or highly configurable platforms.
• Strong understanding of how configurable SaaS products are designed, adopted and misused by real teams.
• Excellent judgement around usability, workflow design and permission models.
• Ability to translate ambiguous or evolving requirements into structured product behaviour.
• Comfortable leading product decisions in fast‑moving environments with changing priorities.
