Leasing Manager – Retail & Shopping Mall

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead leasing strategy for Al Meera Malls in Oman, driving occupancy, revenue and tenant mix to enhance footfall and overall asset value. You will work closely with marketing, operations and external brokers to create a compelling retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Identify, negotiate and secure new tenants that fit the desired tenant mix.
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and contract negotiations.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to inform leasing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support tenant performance and promotions.
• Monitor leasing KPIs such as occupancy rates, rental yields and tenant performance.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in leasing, real estate or property management.
• 2–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in retail or shopping mall leasing.
• Proven track record of developing and managing tenant mix strategies.
• Strong understanding of Oman market dynamics, supply‑demand and competitor positioning.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
