About the role
Join the pool team at a premier Marriott resort in Muscat, Oman. As a Lifeguard you will ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming pool environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor swimmers, intervene with appropriate rescue techniques, and assist guests in distress.
- Observe the pool area for hazardous conditions, unsafe activities, and enforce facility rules.
- Provide first‑aid assistance and support until emergency services arrive.
- Maintain pool deck cleanliness by washing, mopping, and handling towels according to company procedures.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior lifeguard experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work part‑time shifts and stand for extended periods.
Required skills
- Current CPR certification.
- Current First Aid certification.
