LiveOps Executive – Sohar

About the role

The LiveOps Executive will be the operational heartbeat of Snoonu’s delivery network in Oman, ensuring smooth coordination between riders, merchants and technology. You will make real‑time decisions that directly impact the customer experience across Omani cities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live delivery operations across Omani cities, tracking order flows, rider availability and zone coverage in real time.
• Coordinate daily with third‑party logistics partners to align rider deployment with demand forecasts.
• Identify and escalate operational issues such as merchant downtime or delivery delays, driving swift resolution.
• Support new city and zone launches by conducting pre‑launch readiness checks and Go/No‑Go assessments.
• Track and report on key operational KPIs (CPO, on‑time rate, rider utilisation) on a daily and weekly basis.
• Provide back‑end merchant support, resolving order flow issues, account access problems and menu discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot merchant device issues (tablets, printers, connectivity) in collaboration with the tech team.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, last‑mile delivery or a fast‑paced coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
• Clear, confident communicator comfortable working with field teams, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, given the operational context across Oman.
• Proactive problem‑solver who owns issues and escalates when necessary.

Required skills

• Ability to read dashboards, maintain trackers and flag anomalies quickly.
• Experience with dispatch tools, fleet management systems or zone mapping using Google Maps/KML.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data queries is a plus.
