Logistics Coordinator – Freight Forwarding

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our freight forwarding team in Oman. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end movement of cargo, liaising with customers and overseas agents, and ensuring shipments are processed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate air, sea, and land freight shipments.
• Prepare and verify all shipping documentation.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Communicate with transporters, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.
• Work closely with operations and customs clearance teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and generate reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
