Logistics Executive – Import/Export & Warehouse Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Executive to manage customs documentation, coordinate import and export shipments, and oversee daily warehouse operations for our second‑hand footwear and clothing business in Salalah, Oman. The role ensures smooth cross‑trade logistics and timely delivery of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customs documentation and coordinate customs clearance.
• Coordinate import and export shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders and transporters.
• Manage and arrange cross‑trade shipments between different countries.
• Monitor shipment schedules, documentation and delivery status.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch and movement of goods.
• Maintain proper logistics and shipment records.
• Resolve shipment and documentation issues to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of relevant logistics or shipping experience.
• Strong knowledge of import, export and customs procedures.
• Experience in cross‑trade shipping (preferred).
• Good understanding of warehouse operations.
• Effective communication, coordination and follow‑up skills.
• Knowledge of Oman customs procedures (advantage).
• Good command of English; Arabic is preferred.
