Loss Prevention Officer – Male Omani (Al Mouj, Muscat)

About the role

The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for safeguarding the property, its guests, and assets in Al Mouj, Muscat. This full‑time, on‑site role requires proactive patrols, rapid response to incidents, and a strong focus on safety and security.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms and fire‑life‑safety systems.
• Lock property entrances when required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR or contact EMS as needed.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies and defuse disturbances.
• Prepare detailed incident and shift reports, maintaining confidentiality.
• Escort unwelcome persons and report vehicle accidents or thefts.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence and interview relevant parties.

Required profile

• Male Omani national.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Commitment to follow company policies, safety procedures and confidentiality standards.
