Marketing Executive – Full-time, Muscat

About the role

The company is seeking a hands‑on, strategic Marketing Executive to own the end‑to‑end marketing function. You will set the annual strategy, manage budgets, run paid campaigns and be measured on leads, showroom traffic and brand presence. The role reports directly to senior management and works closely with sales and showroom teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define annual marketing strategy, quarterly plans, budgets and KPIs for the company and each brand.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads, handling targeting, bidding, creatives, A/B testing and landing pages.
• Manage social media accounts, create in‑house photo and video content, and write bilingual copy for ads, posts and print.
• Guard brand identity across showrooms, vehicles, print and digital assets; manage website, SEO and lead‑generation tools.
• Organise exhibitions, showroom events, product launches and outdoor advertising; coordinate agencies and freelancers.
• Track performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and GA4, and present monthly reports to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years of hands‑on media buying on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads.
• Proven ability to set and run a full marketing strategy and budget with measurable results.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong copywriting skills in both languages.
• Valid Omani driving licence.

• Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile.
• Photo and video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar).
• Design tools (Canva, Photoshop or similar) and AI content tools.
• Website management, SEO and WordPress.
• WhatsApp, SMS and email marketing platforms.
