Media Partnership Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Media Partnership Manager to lead media sales and brand partnership initiatives in Oman. This hybrid commercial‑strategy position blends digital media selling, partnership acquisition, and ecosystem building to shape how millions of customers discover offers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell digital inventory such as push notifications, in‑app ads, SMS, and banner placements to brands and agencies.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard new partners across retail, F&B, travel, lifestyle, and e‑commerce sectors.
• Create bundled media‑plus‑offer packages that deliver measurable ROI.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and media trends in the Omani market.
• Maintain strong relationships with media and creative agencies, as well as brand managers.
• Provide performance insights, redemption analytics, and partner dashboards.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure partner success.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets through media sales and partner activations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in media selling, advertising, digital marketing, or agency account management within Oman.
• Established network of brands, agencies, and marketing decision‑makers in the Sultanate.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing media and commercial partnerships.
• Understanding of Omani consumer behavior and local market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
