Mobile Application Support Expert

About the role

The Mobile Application Support Expert ensures the availability, stability, security and performance of the bank's mobile banking application on iOS and Android, supporting seamless digital banking services and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end technical operations and Level 2/3 support for the mobile app, including incident resolution within SLA.
• Oversee configuration, maintenance and performance of Temenos Fabric and Visualizer services.
• Monitor app performance, crash reports, API response times and transaction success rates.
• Develop, test and deploy enhancements, bug fixes and new functionalities.
• Handle the full release lifecycle: deployments, UAT, publishing to Apple App Store and Google Play, and certificate management.
• Coordinate integrations with Temenos Transact (T24), APIs and other internal/external systems.
• Implement and maintain security controls such as MFA, device binding, SSL pinning and jailbreak detection.
• Support CI/CD improvements, automated testing and release management.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in mobile application development or support within banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Temenos Fabric/Quantum and Temenos Visualizer development and support.
• iOS and Android mobile application deployment and version management.
• Temenos Transact (T24) integration, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Java, Node.js programming.
• Mobile security controls (MFA, SSL pinning, device binding).
• CI/CD pipelines, containerization, OCI, Kubernetes.
