Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical execution, delivering customized modules, integrations, and system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Odoo functional specifications.
• Develop, customize, and deploy Odoo modules using Python.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party applications and services.
• Provide troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing system support.
• Collaborate directly with business users and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Document solutions, configurations, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Odoo development, implementation, and consulting.
• Proven track record delivering Odoo projects from conception to production.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
