职位概况
负责酒店整体运营管理，覆盖前厅、客房、餐饮、工程等部门，确保符合品牌标准并提升财务绩效。
主要职责
- 制定并执行酒店运营战略，推动收入增长。
- 监督销售业绩、预算执行及成本控制。
- 提升客人满意度，处理客诉并推动服务改进。
- 管理团队绩效，开展招聘、培训及员工激励。
- 确保政策、SOP的落实并进行年度绩效评估。
任职要求
- 工商管理或酒店管理相关学位（大专或本科）。
- 2-4 年以上前厅、客房、餐饮或运营管理经验。
- 具备分析问题、制定决策的能力。
- 良好的沟通协调与团队领导能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉酒店运营流程及品牌服务标准。
- 具备预算管理与财务分析能力。
