職務概要
セントレジスホテル＆リゾートのキッチンで、調理に必要な全ての作業を担当していただきます。食材の準備から調理、仕上げ、清掃まで、一貫したフードサービスを提供する重要なポジションです。
主な業務内容
- 食材の分量分け、みじん切り、保存、計量・測定・混合
- オーブン、ストーブ、グリル、電子レンジ、フライヤーを使用した調理と加熱状態の確認
- 調理中の食品品質チェックと温度管理
- キッチンエリア、調理器具、ナイフ等の清掃・消毒

- 安全・衛生基準を遵守し、問題があれば速やかに報告できる方
- チームと協力し、プロフェッショナルなコミュニケーションが取れる方
必須スキル
