職務概要
JWマリオットのバーで、計量システムとレシピに基づいてドリンクをオーダー通りに提供し、バーの運営と接客を担当するバーテンダーの募集です。全日勤のフルタイム勤務で、バーのセットアップから閉店業務まで幅広く対応します。
主な業務内容
- 計量システムを使い、レシピに従ってドリンクをオーダー通りに準備する
- ワインやシャンパンのボトルを開け、提供し、ドリンクの付け合わせを準備する
- バーやテーブルのセットアップと清掃、氷やグラスなどの在庫管理
- 現金の精算と銀行の確保、閉店業務
- 酒類の保管場所の安全管理と、安全に関する研修の受講
- 清潔な身だしなみでゲストを迎え、チームの目標を達成する
求める人物像
- 高校卒業またはG.E.D.相当の学歴
- 少なくとも1年間の関連業務経験
- 監督経験はありません
- 50ポンド以下の荷物の移動や、狭い場所での作業ができる体力
