Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to optimise day‑to‑day last‑mile delivery operations for our super‑app platform. You will act as the bridge between 3PL partners, supply teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth city launches and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with 3PL partners, monitor performance, resolve issues and keep documentation up to date.
• Coordinate with the supply team to align rider fleet availability with demand across assigned zones.
• Collaborate with Live Ops executives in other cities and the Operations HQ to share updates, align priorities and flag blockers.
• Support city and zone launch activities, including merchant onboarding, readiness checks and Go/No‑Go decisions.
• Conduct field visits and merchant check‑ins to verify on‑ground readiness.
• Prepare operational reports and structured updates for internal stakeholders and leadership.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in operations, logistics coordination or supply chain, preferably in a tech‑driven delivery or super‑app environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with experience drafting professional correspondence.
• Proactive, field‑oriented mindset – you identify and fix issues before they are reported.
