Operations & Executive Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, commercially‑minded Operations & Executive Coordinator to support management and drive growth across our multi‑vertical business platform in Muscat.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business leads, prepare proposals and work to close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and vendors.
• Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks, basic financial administration and internal records.
• Assist management with executive coordination, scheduling, follow‑ups and documentation.
• Conduct research and studies on diverse subjects and business cases.
• Attend external meetings, site visits and events as required.

Required profile

• Good business development and sales skills with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and written.
• Valid Oman driving licence and own car.
• Flexible with working hours, travel and occasional evenings/weekends.
• Highly trustworthy, discreet and comfortable handling confidential matters.
• Proactive, organized and adaptable to varied responsibilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Comfortable using AI and new digital tools.
