About the role
Our customer is hiring for the following role: 10+ years of experience in Operations management, preferably within landscaping, FM, community management or public realm. Experience managing large teams, supervisors, subcontractors, clients, KPIs, manpower and overall service delivery. Burjline Builders offers a wide range of construction services, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects, as well as project management, design, planning, and renovation. The company serves clients in the Pakistan market, was founded in 2024, and employs 10‑15 staff with a turnover of 1M.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in Operations management
- Background in landscaping, facilities management, community management or public realm
- Proven ability to manage large teams, supervisors, subcontractors, clients, KPIs, manpower and overall service delivery
