Operations Manager – Local Shops

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve Local Shops operations through vendor management, process optimisation and best‑practice development.
• Oversee internal teams (Vendor Content, Vendor Operations) and outsourced content scanning teams.
• Accountable for operational performance, tracking commercial and operational KPIs.
• Partner with Sales to align strategy, priorities and opportunities.
• Drive local initiatives, analyse data and implement improvements to operational metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of operational experience, preferably in grocery or food‑tech environments.
• High proficiency in data analysis and proven cost‑control, warehouse and inventory management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence across functions.
• Direct line‑management experience, capable of building relationships and motivating teams.
