Operations Performance Analyst

About the role

Snoonu is looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Performance Analyst to help optimise its delivery operations. You will combine strong analytical abilities with on‑ground experience to drive data‑based decisions and improve overall operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational data to spot trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Identify optimisation projects and manage them from conception to execution.
• Support the design and rollout of strategies that boost operational performance.
• Collaborate with Core Verticals teams to gather requirements, provide data‑driven insights and lead performance‑improvement projects.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations and data analysis.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using BI tools for data visualisation and reporting.
• Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint for presenting insights.
