Oracle CC&B Report Developer (Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Report Developer to join our team in Oman. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining reports within the Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) environment, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery for business users.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and administer Oracle CC&B modules, including Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, and Case Management.
• Write complex PL/SQL and SQL queries to extract and transform data for reporting.
• Design, develop, and publish reports using BI Publisher.
• Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs and related processes.
• Manage database performance, conduct optimization, and ensure data integrity.
• Integrate CC&B with other Oracle products and third‑party systems via web services and SMS configuration.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of Oracle CC&B modules such as Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, Case Management, Adjustments, Field Activities, and User Access.
• Strong understanding of the V‑model architecture (Person, Account, Service Agreement, Premise, Service Point).
• Proficiency in batch processing, algorithm design, and advanced PL/SQL development.
• Experience creating and customizing BI Publisher reports.
• Hands‑on experience with web services integration and SMS configuration.
