Oracle Techno-Functional Specialist

About the role

The Oracle Techno-Functional Specialist will lead the analysis, design and configuration of Oracle E‑Business Suite finance modules for a client in Muscat. You will translate business processes into functional specifications, bridge gaps, and support end‑to‑end implementation and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Map current finance processes and design future‑state To‑Be processes across GL, AP, AR, cash management, RTGS, SWIFT, procure‑to‑pay and inter‑company.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle EBS functional specifications and identify gaps.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules and workflows with minimal customisation, and define integration requirements.
• Lead workshops, create test scripts, support UAT and provide functional troubleshooting.
• Produce documentation, user guides and deliver role‑based training to end users.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Oracle EBS certification and 10‑15 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS finance functions.
• Proven delivery on at least two full‑lifecycle Oracle EBS finance projects.
• Strong knowledge of finance regulations, IFRS and central banking requirements.
