Outlet Manager – Signature Italian Restaurant

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join the Food & Beverage team at Jumeirah Muscat Bay, overseeing a signature Italian restaurant. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, leading the team, ensuring smooth service flow, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Develop and manage the annual business plan, revenue targets, expense budgets and forecasts in partnership with the Director of F&B, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback and complaints promptly, and uphold a positive restaurant image.
• Design and execute marketing, advertising and public‑relations initiatives while tracking competitor activity and industry trends.
• Oversee purchasing, stock management and food‑cost controls to ensure quality products and minimise waste and unnecessary expenses.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety and Environment procedures and continuously seek performance improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Hotel Management (desirable).
• Health and Safety certification (desirable).
