Part‑Time Psychotherapist / Psychologist – Minor Care (Contract)

About the role

Spring Health is seeking licensed psychotherapists or psychologists to join its provider network on a part‑time contract basis. The role focuses on delivering culturally competent mental‑health care to minors (age 7 and below) and adults through a technology‑enabled tele‑health platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based counseling sessions (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.) to clients identified via online screenings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar and complete session documentation promptly in the scheduling system.
• Collaborate with Spring Health’s clinical care navigation, provider support, and administrative teams as needed.
• Uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion standards in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Active professional license to practice counseling/psychology in Oman.
• Minimum three years of independent clinical experience, including work with minors.
• Professional liability insurance at market rates in the jurisdiction of licensure.
• Conversational English proficiency; ability to conduct sessions in Arabic.
• Reliable computer/laptop and comfort with tele‑health technology.
