Part‑time Psychotherapist / Psychologist – Minor Care (Remote)

About the role

Spring Health is looking for part‑time, internationally licensed psychotherapists or psychologists to join its provider network and deliver mental‑health care through a technology‑enabled platform. The role focuses on providing evidence‑based therapy to adults and, when qualified, to minors (age 7 and below) via tele‑health.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients ranging from short‑term EAP sessions to medically‑necessary ongoing therapy.
• Treat adults who have completed brief online screenings and, when qualified, treat children, adolescents, couples, or families.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar, document sessions promptly, and use the scheduling system.
• Apply evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or CPT tailored to each client.
• Collaborate with Spring Health’s clinical navigation, provider support, and administrative teams.

Required profile

• Current licensure to practice counseling/psychology in Oman with at least three years of independent clinical experience.
• Active professional liability insurance and conversational‑level English proficiency.
• Experience treating minors (age 7 and below) and ability to conduct sessions in Arabic.
• Access to a reliable computer, stable internet, and competence in tele‑health delivery.
