PM Contract Analyst

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a proactive PM Contract Analyst to support contracts and pricing activities for its operations in Oman. You will work closely with country resources to ensure contracts are complete, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide contracts and pricing support under general supervision.
• Review contracts for completeness and collaborate with country teams to create or revise them.
• Compile, analyze, and enter contract data into the database while maintaining historical records.
• Monitor contract expirations, updates, and post‑award adjustments.
• Offer guidance to technical personnel and country resources on contract obligations related to business decisions.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or business.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial contracts, proposals, tenders, contract review, negotiations, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Outlook.
• Advanced Excel skills.
