Pre-Commissioning Engineer

About the role

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing pre‑commissioning activities for offshore modules and process systems during fabrication, assembly, testing, and handover stages. Ensure all systems are cleaned, tested, preserved, and prepared for commissioning in compliance with project specifications, client requirements, safety standards, and quality procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review pre‑commissioning procedures, method statements, and work packs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Construction, Commissioning, and Client teams for smooth execution.
• Develop pre‑commissioning schedules aligned with project milestones and identify system boundaries.
• Execute and supervise mechanical completion verification, hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing, and leak testing.
