Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer will work closely with enterprise IT departments across Oman to showcase the employer’s AI‑native software development and product design services. The role bridges technical expertise and business needs, helping clients understand how the solutions can address their challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, IT managers and other technology stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Present AI‑driven software development and product design services to both technical and business audiences.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution outlines, presentations and scope documentation aligned with the company’s delivery methodology.
• Collaborate with senior team members and the founder during client discussions on scope, timelines, technical requirements and commercial proposals.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients after project confirmation and support implementation follow‑up through delivery.
• Represent the employer at technology events, enterprise IT forums, meetings and networking activities across Oman.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical and communication capabilities are welcome; candidates with 2‑5 years of experience in pre‑sales, solutions engineering or technical account management are preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client interactions and take ownership of opportunities.
• Omani national or eligible for full Omani work authorization.

Required skills

• Foundational to intermediate understanding of AI concepts.
• Knowledge of software development processes and software architecture.
• Familiarity with digital product concepts.
