Product Owner – Mobile Repair Platform

About the role

We are building a platform that simplifies mobile and electronics repair by connecting customers with technicians through on‑site, in‑store, and courier services. The product team delivers a customer‑facing app, a back‑office system, and a technician app.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary bridge between the business line owner and the product team, translating business goals into clear product direction.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing business priorities, user needs, and operational constraints.
• Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), epics, and user stories for the development team.
• Break down complex operational workflows (e.g., service handover, technician dispatch, order lifecycle) into actionable specifications.
• Prioritise the backlog based on business impact and communicate priorities to the team.
• Define, track, and analyse key product metrics to guide iteration.
• Conduct user research with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the product.
• Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to identify opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a closely related role.
• Proven ability to write clear, detailed PRDs and user stories.
• Strong business acumen and the capacity to translate priorities into product strategy.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data, defining metrics, and making data‑informed decisions.
• Independent, ownership‑driven mindset.
