Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will lead the engineering, design, assembly and testing of instrumentation and control systems for customer projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer project technical requirements, specifications and standards.
• Prepare work procedures, hardware and product specifications.
• Perform detailed engineering, design, assembly and testing of systems.
• Prepare Bills of Material and review purchase orders for project materials.
• Coordinate technical issues with customer engineers and internal lead engineers.
• Manage project documentation in collaboration with document controllers and QC engineers.
• Participate in internal meetings, project walk‑throughs and milestone reviews.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule and quality plan.
• Support site acceptance testing, commissioning and start‑up activities.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Engineering (preferably Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical).
• Minimum 5 years experience in instrumentation and control system projects.
• Pro‑active, self‑motivated and a strong team player.

Required skills

• Instrumentation and control systems engineering.
• Electrical and electronic circuit knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic IT knowledge.
• Experience with project design engineering software and report writing.
