Project Expeditor

About the role

As a Project Expeditor at Siemens Energy, you will drive the timely execution of electrical projects, acting as the central hub between internal teams, customers, suppliers, and logistics. You will ensure that project milestones are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across internal departments, customers, suppliers, and logistics teams to guarantee on‑time task completion.
• Serve as the primary customer‑facing representative for technical discussions, clarifications, and follow‑up actions.
• Manage the handover of project spares, including documentation, tracking, and customer acknowledgment.
• Collect and consolidate project inputs for new tenders, covering technical details and execution constraints.
• Provide emergency support coordination for urgent project or service requirements.
• Plan and coordinate Long‑Term Service Agreement activities, such as maintenance schedules and resource planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Expediting or a related electrical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project execution, coordination, and customer interface.
• Proven ability to collaborate with customers, expediting teams, logistics, and site execution teams.
• Strong coordination and follow‑up skills with a solid understanding of electrical project execution.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and technical document review.
• Independent work style with a problem‑solving mindset for urgent requirements.
