Project Manager – Renewable Energy

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead renewable energy initiatives across solar, wind, energy storage and green hydrogen. The role covers the full project lifecycle—from opportunity development and proposal preparation to client engagement, delivery follow‑up and execution support—providing direct exposure to Marmol’s energy growth agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate renewable energy projects from inception to delivery.
• Support solar, wind, energy storage and green hydrogen opportunities.
• Prepare and review technical‑commercial proposals, tenders, RFQs and BOQs.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, risks, actions and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Assist technical inspection, thermal inspection, drone services and asset digitalisation solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations and management updates.
• Contribute to business development and conversion of opportunities into active projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in renewable energy or related technical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy, project management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project management, tenders and client coordination.
• Experience in solar, wind, energy storage, hydrogen or EPC projects is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with technical, commercial teams and external partners.
