Project Manager – Technical & Agile Projects

About the role

Nortal is seeking a Project Manager to join us in tackling challenges and creating impactful success stories. Based in Oman with relocation support, you will plan, execute, and close projects efficiently while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for P&L and overall project organization.
• Set up full project teams, manage vendor contracts, and create resourcing plans.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, KPIs, and release schedules.
• Maintain key customer relationships and lead scope negotiations.
• Resolve conflicts between delivery and project teams and ensure alignment.
• Monitor and update project forecasts, scope escalations, and resource planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of technical project management experience leading teams.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Proven change‑management expertise with successful implementation track record.
• Independent, structured working style with strong communication skills.
• Fluent English and a hands‑on, optimistic attitude during critical phases.
