Property Acquisition Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Property Acquisition Consultant to join our growing real‑estate team in the UAE. The role focuses on driving sales and leasing activities for residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales and leasing processes for residential and commercial assets.
• Conduct client meetings, consultations, and property viewings.
• Generate, follow up on, and close leads provided by the company.
• Stay informed on market trends and property inventory.
• Travel across Dubai and other Emirates as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in real estate, brokerage, sales, business development, or a customer‑facing role.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales abilities.
• Comfortable working in a commission‑driven environment.
