Purchase & Logistics Internship (Muscat, Oman)

About the role

Join Everllence’s Purchasing team in the MEA Regional Office and support the end‑to‑end procurement and logistics processes for a leading provider of decarbonisation solutions. This internship offers hands‑on experience in purchasing, order tracking and compliance within a global energy‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support purchasing activities by issuing Local Purchase Orders, obtaining quotations, comparing prices and negotiating cost‑effective deals.
• Assist logistics operations: request and evaluate transport quotes, prepare comparisons and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Track order status, coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure all procurement actions comply with Everllence policies, QHSE standards and approval workflows.
• Provide general departmental assistance and support cross‑functional teams across multiple locations.

Required profile

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• At least six months of experience in a similar industry or role.
• University degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi‑location team.
• High integrity and commitment to compliance and diversity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for procurement processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
