Recreation Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Recreation Supervisor to lead and coordinate guest leisure activities at our Al Mouj resort in Muscat. The role combines planning, guest interaction, safety oversight, and team leadership to ensure a fun and safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create activity agendas and promotional materials using publishing software.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and report low stock to management.
• Recruit, register and schedule guests for recreational programs.
• Enforce facility rules, respond to emergencies and provide first‑aid assistance.
• Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies.
• Assist in training, motivating and coaching staff members.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to management.
• Provide information to guests, assist individuals with disabilities and handle phone inquiries.
• Process guest payments and transactions using point‑of‑sale systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related recreation experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with publishing software.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale computer systems.
