Registered Nurse – Emergency, OPD & Inpatient Ward

About the role

Shifa Hospital in Muscat is urgently hiring experienced Registered Nurses for its Emergency Department, Outpatient Department, and Inpatient/Ward units. The role involves delivering safe, compassionate, patient‑centered care while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care in the assigned department.
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments according to hospital policies.
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post‑care instructions.

Required profile

• Relevant hospital experience in ER, OPD, or inpatient/ward nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing with a valid nursing license/registration.
• Compassionate, patient‑centered approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current availability in Oman, preferably immediate joiners.
• Knowledge of emergency and clinical nursing, patient assessment, medication administration, infection prevention and healthcare‑safety protocols.
