Registered Nurse – Occupational Health (Permanent)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our occupational health team in Oman on a permanent basis. The role involves providing immediate medical care, managing workplace injuries, and supporting the overall health and safety of employees.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first aid and emergency medical care to staff as needed.
• Coordinate treatment and follow‑up for workplace injuries.
• Maintain accurate health records and employee medical files.
• Support health‑wellness initiatives such as vaccinations and health screenings.
• Monitor workplace health hazards and report findings.
• Conduct health awareness sessions and safety training.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Manage medical supplies and keep first‑aid kits stocked.
• Assist during workplace inspections and audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse) with a valid nursing license.
• 3+ years of experience with a B.Sc in Nursing or 4+ years with a GNM qualification.
• Experience in an occupational health setting is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Required skills

• First Aid and emergency response.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Trauma Care certification (ITLS, PHTLS or equivalent).
