Registered Nurse – Staff Nurse (Oman)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in Oman as a Staff Nurse, providing first‑aid and occupational health services to employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees when needed.
• Manage workplace injuries and coordinate further medical treatment.
• Maintain health records and employee medical files.
• Support health and wellness programs such as vaccinations and health checks.
• Monitor and report health hazards in the workplace.
• Conduct health awareness sessions and safety training.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Maintain medical supplies and first‑aid kits.
• Assist during workplace inspections or audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse) with a valid nursing license.
• 3+ years of experience with a B.Sc. in Nursing or 4+ years with a GNM qualification.
• Experience in an occupational health setting is preferred.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Care (ITLS, PHTLS or equivalent).

Required skills

• First Aid and emergency response.
• Record‑keeping and health‑record management.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Trauma Care certification (ITLS, PHTLS or equivalent).
