About the role

Jack Westin, a leading MCAT preparation provider, is seeking a remote Psychology and Sociology Content Developer to create AAMC‑standard explanations for MCAT practice items. This short‑term project involves delivering high‑quality solutions for 48 questions by the October 15, 2026 deadline.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, concise explanations for correct answers and each distractor across psychology and sociology passages.
• Integrate relevant images and visual aids following the Jack Westin style guide.
• Self‑evaluate work against quality standards and incorporate editorial feedback.
• Participate in revision rounds until solutions are accepted.
• Assist with additional content development tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong grounding in psychology and sociology at the MCAT level.
• Experience creating educational content or test‑prep explanations (MCAT experience a plus).
• Ability to articulate reasoning clearly for a student audience.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet a weekly pace of ~12 items.
• Open to editorial feedback and revisions.
