Residential Leasing Agent (Muscat, Oman)

About the role

The Residential Leasing Agent will join the professional Residential department in Muscat, Oman. You will be responsible for managing leasing transactions, coordinating with clients, and promoting the company’s property portfolio across the city.

Key responsibilities

• Lease residential properties in Muscat, meeting and exceeding target volumes.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, complete paperwork and hand over leases.
• Maintain and update the CRM with enquiries, listings, viewings and client interactions.
• Generate new business by networking, attending exhibitions and researching property ownership.
• Collect fees, chase overdue payments and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Provide customer service to walk‑in clients and telephone enquiries.
• Keep the website, deals list and marketing materials up to date.
• Support colleagues by sharing leads, covering holidays and assisting with deal closure.

Required profile

• Target‑driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving commission‑based goals.
• Good knowledge of local real‑estate practice and RICS ethical standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive networking skills and ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Organised approach to managing data, documentation and client relationships.
