About the role
The Sales Associate is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining store standards, supporting visual merchandising, and assisting in the overall retail experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist them in product selection, promote loyalty programs, and follow the GUEST service model.
- Maintain a professional appearance, stay flexible for extended hours, and keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
- Ensure attractive product displays, follow visual merchandising guidelines, manage stock, and handle clearance items.
- Operate the POS system, balance cash tills, process various payment methods, issue receipts and refunds, and follow loss‑prevention policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
