Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales Marketing Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Muscat. You will drive sales performance and lead marketing initiatives for TATWEER LIMITED’s residential, commercial and mixed‑use real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with portfolio goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaigns, from lead generation to conversion and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and provide pricing, positioning and promotional insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, preparing sales materials, presentations and reports.
• Monitor KPIs, track sales pipelines and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, brokers and relevant authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or commercial management.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of the Oman market and local business practices.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
