Sales Operation Coordinator

About the role

Muriya Tourism Development, Oman’s leading integrated tourism developer, is looking for a Sales Operation Coordinator to support end‑to‑end sales operations. The role ensures contracts are prepared, processed and recorded accurately while delivering excellent service to clients throughout the sales and resale journey.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and finalize client sales contracts in collaboration with legal, finance and sales teams.
• Ensure all documentation for property sales and ownership transfers is complete, compliant and properly filed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during contract and resale processes, providing clear communication and timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts and resale transactions in internal systems and databases.
• Provide after‑sales support and address client queries related to contracts or resale status.
• Track and report key performance indicators such as processing times, client satisfaction and resale turnaround.
• Ensure all processes align with company policies, regulatory requirements and service‑excellence standards.
• Manage and maintain all data in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations or real‑estate contract management.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role within real estate or property development is an advantage.
• Familiarity with legal documentation and ownership transfer processes in the real‑estate industry.
