About the role
Vodafone Oman is seeking an energetic Sales System and Reporting Specialist to support its sales and distribution network. The role focuses on ensuring business performance continuity, delivering best‑practice partner experiences, and providing performance‑based reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Support implementation of initiatives within the Sales and Service department and ensure alignment with cross‑functional projects.
- Analyse and report on channel partner performance, manage reconciliation queries, and create reports for channel actions.
- Assist in formulating channel targets, distributing them across verticals, and supporting customer use‑case development.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in mobile telecom sales or distribution, preferably in the Oman market.
- Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and able to manage projects from inception to execution.
- Commercially astute with a performance‑driven attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in both Arabic and English.
