About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition and market development in Oman. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to post‑sales support, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Customer and market prospecting and development.
- Maintaining and updating CRM for client and project management.
- Preparing analyses, technical presentations, proposals and contracts, and monitoring project phases until equipment delivery.
- Conducting market research and reporting to guide strategic decisions.
- Supporting post‑sales activities, financing, collections and marketing campaign implementation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience within Oman.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Master’s preferred).
- Fluent English (required) and Arabic (advantage).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and detail‑orientation skills.
- Valid Omani driving licence.
