Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition and market development for construction and heavy equipment solutions in Oman. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to post‑sales support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Customer and market prospecting and development.
• Update and interaction with CRM for client and project management.
• Prepare analysis, comparisons and technical presentations on equipment.
• Prepare proposals and contracts and monitor project phases until equipment delivery.
• Report and conduct market research to guide strategic direction.
• Support post‑sales processes and actions.
• Assist financing and collection activities.
• Help organize and implement marketing campaigns.
• Identify potential customers and establish new business opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis on trends, customer needs, demand forecasting, competition, risks and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years sales experience in construction machines, heavy equipment, earthmoving or mining machines, preferably within Oman.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Marketing preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid Omani driving licence.
