Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to prospect and develop customers and markets, manage CRM data, prepare proposals, and support post‑sales processes for construction and mining equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Customer and market prospecting and development.
• Update and interaction with CRM (client and project management).
• Prepare analysis, comparisons and technical presentations on equipment.
• Prepare proposals and contracts and monitor project phases until equipment delivery.
• Report and conduct market research for strategic direction.
• Support post‑sales processes and actions.
• Assist financing and collection activities.
• Organize and implement marketing campaigns.
• Identify potential customers and establish new business opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis on trends, demand forecasting, competition, risks and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years sales experience in construction machines, heavy equipment, earthmoving or mining machines within Oman.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in Marketing preferred).
• Valid Oman driving license.
