About the role

This contract-based hybrid position in Muscat, Oman, focuses on driving sales strategies, identifying client needs, and promoting iLab Marine’s environmental solutions and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist in training and informing clients about product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve company goals.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales and sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to conduct client training sessions on product features and usage.
  • Familiarity with the marine industry or technological solutions (preferred).
  • Diploma or BSc degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work in both remote and on-site environments.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients.
